Somatics Lessons and Feldenkrais Atm are a perfect way to restore the sensitivity of your body, also it helps improve mobility and returns freedom of movement and vital energy.

ATM and Somatic are a unique technique for restoring and improving the body, as well as balancing and strengthening the psychological state working with the Central Nervous System (CNS).

Special sensory motor lessons with Small, Soft, Slow, and most important - Сonscious movements.

Feldenkrais and Somatic are not just training, it is an amazing method of self-studying by conscious actions of your own body.

All of us live under a certain level of stress: illnesses, traumas and injuries. Our body forgot how to move easily and therefore experiences pain.

With the help of Feldenkrais ATM and soft Somatic lessons, it is possible to get rid of such pain and again return to the forgotten feeling of lightness in body movements.

Since 2017 i have been practicing Somatic,
Since 2018 student of Professional Somatic Program in Moscow.

2020 - I study and practice Feldenkrais method,
Since 2023 student of Professional Feldenkrais Program in Italy.

I participated in following seminars: Kinesiotherapy, Feldenkrais Method, MyoFascial Release, Osteopathic techniques.

    Comfortable clothes with long sleeves, socks, free space on the floor with mat (optional), scarf or plaid (if you cold) and mobil phone on comuter with Skype, Viber or Whatsapp.
